Migrating dBase5.0 for windows to DB2K 1

Will all dBase 5.0 for Windows, forms and reports run without changes in dB2K, or will they have to be recoded?
 
dB2K was replaced with dBase Plus. The latter provided utilities to help you to convert your 16-bit code to 32-bit code.
