This is all very new to me. What I've been told is that there is a "conversion" utility that helps with the formatting when you try and run an imported CR into CCM 6.0. There is something about a DLL library and it needs to be in a specific directory for it to work. Can someone explain to me the how it works and what directory I need to copy it too or whatever. I'm told one of my co-workers has the utility when I need it so that's not an issue. Thank you.
