I found a intersting article in the help index for Veritas Backup Exec Version 10 in reference to what you are trying to accomplish only the index calls it "Copying Jobs to other Media Servers". Check out your help files with your software and do a search for "transfering backup jobs" or "Copying Jobs, Selection Lists, and Policies" this should help.
