Does anyone out there know a quick and effective way to migrate the structure and data from a MySQL database to a SQL Server database?

I would appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks!

If you use DTS to copy the tables, it will re-create the tables. You'll need to re-create the keys.

Erwin can create scripts on most platforms. Since MySQL and MSSQL are both T/SQL the scripts from MySQL should run on MSSQL with little to no changes to the script.
