migrating 200k to 2003 server Xcopy problems

Our company has just installed a 2003 cluster server which we have tried to copy all the data and folders via xcopy from our win200k server.

The folders seem to copy fine but all the permissions dont copy, when coppied to the 2003 server all folders are read only.

the Xcopy command we use xcopy/o

if any one could help this would save use a weeks work restoring from backup tapes and adding the permissions one by one.

1) Try copying in restartable mode
2) Map a drive to the share on teh cluster
3) Do the copy, then maybe try "PermCopy" from the resource kit.

Still do your xcopy, write a program to list on the souce all the ACL information for the original files and copy that to the cluster (a big file parsing problem).
