Howdy,

We just migrated to COX SIP trunks and inbound calls are fine, but outbound do not work. We get rejected as soon as we dial 9+1. Since we had a previously working config with Intermedia, I did not adjust anything else such as trunk groups, etc. It should have worked, but it isn't. I adjusted the trunk groups as I was grabbing Trunk 7 first, and changed it to Trunk 1 just in case. We have 5 call paths. This did not work.

Any pointers? I'm running through the SIP config doc again, too.

Turns out that the new carrier doesn't like us sending Caller ID, even though their paperwork shows that we need to control it. As soon as I stripped that out, calls began to flow fine. Command 21-17.

I'm leaving this post up in case someone stumbles across the same issue.
