Migrated Intuity LX 2.0 to CMM 5.2.1 and now unable to enable fax in fax options

Upgraded CM from 5.1 to 5.2.1. Installed CMM at the same time then migrated the data from the Intuity LX 2.0 to the CMM 5.2.1. Everything seemed to migrate over ok except the greetings were missing. The customer was ok with that and re-recorded them. Fax was enabled on their Intuity LX, I logged into the CMM and chose fax options and fax enabled was set to no. I changed it to yes and saved it and it reverts right back to no!! The Fax server shows in Networked machines but when you highlight it, you still cannot display, edit, or delete it.

Anyone have any ideas?
