migrate windows 2003 ccma database to a new windows 2003 ccma server

After migrating the database from a working windows 2003 server CCCMA to a new windows 2003 server CCMA I am unable to log into the CCMA as webadmin with the default password webadmin.In fact I an unable to loginto the ccma as any supervisor that is currently configured on the original ccma server. I am able to uninstall su04 and other updates too then install ccma and start over. After a fresh install of the CCMA and patches I am able to log into the ccma as webadmin. I attempted a restore again and ran into the same webadmin password issue. incorrect password.

Any help would be appreciated
