I have an old windows 2000 server and plan to migrate to a new windows 2003 server. The old server is a plan server no AD or domain controller but is running IIS and SQL. I would like to know if there is a tool that can be used to migrate the old server to the new server.

Thanks

Not too sure I follow you.

Are you planning on upgrading the current box from Win2k to Win2k3 or migrating the stuff on the current server to a new W2k3 server?

For the 1st case (upgrade) then it's a case of backup (full system, and then the apps seperately) followed by slapping in the disc and grab a brew. Windows Setup will take care of it.

Migration is really just moving your IIS site and SQL Databses to the new box. Not a great deal to do on the OS front.
