Hello there,
I recently been introduce to the world of IP Office (I am more CM)
We have two servers (Server edition Rls. 10) running in Avaya servers.
Trying to find out the path - if any - to move the IP Office Server Ed.
from the Avaya servers to our VM environment.

I will appreciate any help, hint to find documentation about it. So far
unable to find something, the only infromation was basically, "re-install it from scratch"
Dont mind to do it, but I guess should be a path that allow to upload a
backup from the physical machine...

Appreciate any hint (two days trying to find something useful, maybe is just the language :)

Thanks in advance.

In theory you can convert a Windows machine to run under VMware using the converter but has anyone tried this?

You are probably best getting the OVA for the Application Server and starting from scratch.

There are quite a few differences between the Windows version and the Linux based Application which you will need to read up on.
