Hi all,
Is there any easy way to migrate SWC users to CCMA.
Customer screwed the DB and cant upgrade it. Need to manually recreate the call center environment on a new CC6 installation. Is there a way to use the configuration tool spreadsheet to migrate all the settings from a SCCS4.2 and SWC4.5 to CC6?
