Can anyone tell me what the file is that you need to copy for the junk folder safe senders list? I want to export the list but during server migration the consulting firm that installed the server did not migrate that information, and i cannot find the list on C drive anywhere.

thank you

What mail server/client are you using and what version? That will help us track down an answer more quickly.

In Outlook 2003, you can export your safe senders list by going to Tools -> Options, click on the Junk E-mail button. On the Safe Senders tab, click the Export to File button and pick a destination. To import, just hit the appropriate button.

I would imagine that Exchange 2003 has a similar procedure, but I don't use it, so I can't give you step-by-step instructions for it.
