Migrate IIS 5 to IIS 6

I currently have a W2K server running IIS 5. I am in the process of adding a new W2K3 server which I will then need to migrate all of the websites from IIS 5 to the new IIS 6 server. The new server will be on thesame network. Is there any easy way to migrate the sites on the IIS 5 server to the new IIS 6 server?

I usually just move the data with robocopy to keep NTFS permission in tack. I use iisback utility to copy the metadata from one server to another. Open a command prompt and type iisback /? You can download iisback for IIS 5.0 from microsoft.
