Hi,

We are planning to migrate our 2000 sql dbs to 2005. The platforms we use are asp, .net 1.1 and .net 2.0.

Does anyone know of any issues which may arise which arenot documentated in the general guides ?

Thanks

It's hard to say if any issues will arise from migrating to SQL 2005 without review all of you code. You will have to migrate you system to a test database and test everything! I have not experienced any issues with the systems I've migrated.

I agree. A full test plan is needed for each database/application which is being upgraded.

The only way to know for sure is to migrate a test system and do a full regression test.

Every enviroment is different and you may be using features or commands which we aren't using.
