Migrate from GP to Small Business Financials

OK, this is a little backwards, but has anybody migrated from Great Plains Standard to Small Business Manager or Small Business Financials...

The client doesn't need the functionality of Great Plains and seeks the lower annual maintenance of Small Business Financials.

The tables are the same (I think)... but I don't want to get into a tangled web of conversion if it's not relatively straight-forward.

I've done it once before. The tables are identical and since SBM is a sql backend, you can simply DTS all the tables from your GP server to your SBM server. Just make sure you are using the most recent version of each product and it should work.
