Migrate Exchange 2003 Mailboxes to Exch2007 Server in Different Domain 1

Can it be done and how?

I have Exch2003Ent running in my current domain. The company has been sold and the new owners want me to move the mailboxes on the current Exch2003Ent server to an Exch2007 Server in their domain.

The server will be on my LAN I can also add an AD Server.

Can I use Movemail box command line.
