Migrate Datastore from ORA to SQL

Hello group,
We are currently running our Citrix datastore on Oracle servers. Unfortunately the # of engineers familiar with ORACLE has reduced, and in preparation with migrating to PS4.0, we are planning to migrate to SQL Server for hosting our Citrix DataStore.

I was hoping to find out what steps need to be followed to perform a successful migration to SQL datastore from Oracle.
