Hey as of about 5 minutes ago, I'm on vacation till the end of the month.
I don't know if there is a way to do it. you need to get that last stage to run so it will plop them back down. I've looked to try to find where the trustee files are saved during the migration but I can't nail it down.
You could always bring the old server back up by itself, run trustee or trustbar on it.. then take the file and put it on the new server and restore.

have a good hol then
just recreated rights -
it must be held somewhere but even the backrev ds restore - you still need to restore trustees
luckily same site server so no major pain
stupid - normally always trustbar as well
takes a few seconds
