Don't think you can do this with straight HTML or FrontPage. You need to go to something a little more esoteric like Flash (

or Astound (

http://www.astoundinc.com)

to get this capability.

Try using a frame on your index page, and putting the midi on the frames page. Then it should keep playing as long as the frame shows.
