Mics5.0 X.C./Nam4.0

I have been having issues with this setup(Mics 5.0xc/Nam4.0)on a pri with the voicemail grabbing or interrupting calls and recording these calls into various mailboxes. Not a good thing. There is a co-resident Cinphony on the nam. The Cinphony was ugraded and so was the Mics to expand it. Any ideas??

Try booting up NAM into OS mode and do a defrag/scan, if still problems then you might need to do a re-install and wipe everything out and use the backup disks.....if they/you have them.

I will be networking this system with another mics in the next month. I will try the defrag. at that time and will let you know the outcome. Thanks again for the response.
