I am installing a MICS 7.0XC with 2 DTI cards one is a PRI and one is a voice T-1. If one if the circuits fails is there a way to have the circuit failover to the good circuit? I have read the manual but have not found anything reguarding this. Normally our installs only have 1 PRI.

Thank you in advance.

Talk to your telco...You can't do it in the MICS

Not clean anyway, the only way to do it for outbound calling is if you have Services turned on. Even then if it goes to the overflow circuit you'll get an EXPENSIVE OVERFLOW TONE when you make each call.

For outbound, you could assign each user 2 Pool buttons- 1 for PRI-A, and the other for the T1 channels.

JcBWF is right about inbound, though. I'm sure they could remote forward your main number to the other circuit in the event of a failure, but I'm not sure they can automate it.
