A customer called, said system is messed up. I get on site and basically it had lost all programming. I rebuilt everything,then that night they called. Said when they dial 9 to get out it said "invalid route". I get on site the next morning and the problem is gone. I checked the routes,scheadualing, destination codes and everything else I could think of. Everything looked ok. What am I missing?
