I have a system and I want to restrict the 4 lines from 7pm to 8am from being able to dial long distance so hacking is not possible. I have set restriction 01 up and have assigned it to all lines-in night-evening and Sched 4 modes. I have assigned times under common settings for the 7pm to 8am every day from Mon to Sunday. I change the time on the system to 7.05pm to test the restriction is not working?? What am i missing ???

Have you set the service to Auto from Manual? Also try setting your clock to 6:59 to let the system transition through 7pm.
