MICS PRI-A not showing up as option on phone programming

MICS PRI-A not showing up as option on phone programming after programming loss. PRI has been re-enabled. Route 001 has been assigned 9 as outbound digit. Phones are only given the option to default to I/C or None, PRI-A isn't showing up.

You can't prime a telephone to PRI-A.

route 001 has been assigned a dest code: 9.

PBX will not allow any digit to be dialed other that 9 or 1 once the Intercom button is selected

are you responsible for closing out a thread once you've received ample and adequate recommendations?

incoming calls are Prime to 2221 & are fine, but Call Pilot 100 not picking up (DN 2251 & 2252) if calls are not answered.

what can i check?
