MICS music on hold

I have a customer with a MICS rev 7.0. Everything has worked for years. Suddenly, NO music on hold. Background music and on speakers still working. Changed "On Hold" to tones. That works fine. Changed it back to music. Dead air! Has anyone seen this before?

It sounds as if your Music player is at fault. Have you confirmed it's OK?

Music source is good as the background music on the pgones and the music on the speakers are both working and come from the same radio.

This would be a motherboard issue and non repairable in the field.
