I have a customer that has a MICS (DR5) with Flash voicemail. Users are set up with 2 intercom buttons and Forward No answer set to VM port. If the user is in DND, the receptionist transfers to voicemail (F986), the ext #, and hangs up. For outside callers, the call returns to receptionist. Why doesn't the call go to the user's VM box?
