Hi Everyone!

OK, so we all know that external call forwarding using FEATURE + 4 became avaliable on CICS version 4.1, but which version of MICS did it become avaliable on? A client's rig has R1T1, and they need the external call forwarding feature, but they can't afford to change to a CallPilot.

Any Thoughts???

Thanks,
Metroman

It was 4.1 for both CICS and MICS

you might be able to find a Flash on the secondary marketat a cheaper price than a CP

Hi,

The flash does not support External call forwarding at all, only outbound notification. The Callpilot is cheaper then the flash in my opinion, you get more features that the Flash does not.

FYI you must upgrade to at least MICS 4.1 or higer in order for a callpilot to function properly.
