MICS/CP 100 Auto Attendant,CCR question

So here's the question. I have my auto attendant set up and working except for one thing. I will post below the jest of it and maybe some of you have an idea how to make this work.

1. call comes in and hits greeting 1, company greeting plays
2. Greeting 1 is pointed to CCR Tree #1
3. Option 1 LVMSG Mailbox 227
Option 2 LVMSG Mailbox 222
Option 3 LVMSG Mailbox 223
Option 4 LVMSG Mailbox 224

This all works as advertised. My problem is when the user presses 0. I want it to go directly to the General Delivery Mailbox. But it still rings x-221 4 times before going into mailbox 100. I have Atnd available set to no and business open set to yes. What am I doing wrong?

I assume you are saying you've made the changes in F982 to say the operator is unavailable.

The CP has 2 locations for the ATDT setting. In F982 and in the table. Settings in the table OVERRIDE that of F982. So remove the ATDT setting in the table and you'll be good to go.

If 221 is set as the ATDT in the table how to you remove that entry?

Never mind, found it, # removes the entry. I will test it later.
