Hi guys,

I am trying to upload a .vbk file (recorded in CallPilot Player) to our CallPilot on our MICS system and it keeps telling me "Invalid Voice File Format". I have tried recording directly from the CP Player and also convering from .wav files using the CP Player. AND I have tried converting from .wav using the .vbk configuration.

I get the same error every time. Anyone know what can be done?

I also tried to "Connect To:" to record but it won't dial my external number.

Thanks!

That is common problem. I could not get it work. You may use earlier version of Callpilot player that may work but not guarantee.
