Mics & Callpilot, witch mailbox will answer a call

Hello telcom folks. with the mics and call pilot if the call forward to voice mail is set the same at all station, on an incoming call witch mailbox will answer the call.
customers don't want to use auto attendant.
I have tried to experiment but the system was too busy
any help would be appreciated. thanks

Did you mean callers?
Never heard of such a thing....if AA picks up they have no choice in the matter.

No I mean the customer that has the system does not want an auto attendant to pick up the call, if no one answers they the "customers" want the call answered by a mailbox.
Thank you for the imput.

Simply set the CFNA timer for the phone you want to go to voice mail lower than all the rest.
