Call Pilot 100 running on MICS. When ext 230 has a line 1 in use, a second call coming in on Line 2 causes the other ringing phones to give a very short ring, then the call is directed immediately to the general delivery box. If other extensions have line 1 tied up, the other programmed phones ring as they should. This is happening on two sets, 223 & 230. This is not happening all the time though. If I set copy over the bad extension, it will work for a while and then act up again. Any suggestions?
I don't see anything obvious in programming.

if call forward no answer (cfna) supperseed voicemail greeting it does that, check the setting on the call forward to voicemail. Try putting a second intercom button to see if the same thing happen. Id the cfna to the voicemail port?

it could be a timing issue if they are routed to the gd mbox however if these extensions 230 and 223 don't have cfna or cfb set up, the calls will be directed to the gd mbox like the other techs have said. your customer has to decide if they want all the ext.s to ring and have mailboxes. if so,then should the call pilot answer after xx rings. if that being the case, the cfna xx rings has to be greater than cp 100 xx rings. it all boils down on how they want the cp100 to function and what type of trunks you have.
