MICS 7.1, PRI with NI-2

I am trying to set up extensions to"FORWARD CALLS EXTERNAL" after 4 rings to a VOIP UM Platform.

It is not recognizing the OLI of the sets that I programmed. The UM Center states that they do not see the DID number that I have in OLI.

If I call from the set to my cell, I get the OLI.
If I call to the set & conference a call to my cell, I get the OLI.

I had AT&T trace a call. They see the call, they see it call out to the UM Platform but do not see my OLI digits?

Any clues? The AT&T techs stated they allow RGN (Referring Number) & OCN (Outgoing Call Number).

If you just hard forward the phone F 4 to the UM what do you get. I don't think that what your trying to do will work because the call comes in on a did and rings the phone then the system makes the call out on another channel. It's not like making just a call from a phone. You could try puting in the buusiness name.

I changed some programming for me to test & I only see me cell phone number come up when the Norstar set calls out.

After alot of conference calls, testing & researching.

What the off-site UM system is looking for is (NCD)Network Call Diversion. Called & Calling Party to their system to identify the MB user.

They also stated & wanted me to confirm I am NI-2.

From what I gather through the MICS documentation is that the Norstar would have to be changed to Profile 2. Then the option for NCD will show up. This is used in Europe (ETSI standard).

I have never changed the profile; since we are in the US.

I know I would have to perform a Startup, change the Profile & re-program the system.

Have any forum members ever done this in the US working off a PRI NI-2? Will this work?

I do not have a PRI in my office to test this. So I would have to coordinate & send a tech to be on-site.
