hey all

working in the office trying to check compatibility for cp and mics with call center and such.

any hoot
have mics 7.1 hooked up to cp150 3.1 (latest software 31.10.14.22)
boots OK, key codes OK, initializes OK,everything works good .
then all of a sudden, when doing the feature 983,981,985,ext i get "no resource" message on the set
reboot ,works again for a while then does the same thing
oh, just a note a couple of times when i did a feature code i got a digital crackling over the speaker before the error message came up
(cp manager access not affected )
have been using this cp for a while (spare in office for testing and use if one on site craps out)

have replaced software and still having same problem.

question is ,is the 150 pooched or is there anything i can do to it

thanks

Couple of Q's:

1) Do you see the port lights and link light on the CP150 when you get those messages?

2) Have you tried testing the MICS ports or changing them?

3) Do you have a serial cable that you can hook up to your CP150 to watch the boot and then monitor from (have to leave the laptop hooked to it the whole time in order for the Hyperterminal or ProCOMM to get real time info)?

If after all that your still having the issue I would say that the main board of the CP is pooched...

1 all light on and correct
2 have changed to different mics
still same

will hook up laptop and try

Had the same thing happen to me on a CP 100, you would reboot work for one or two log on then show no resource had to replace the unit.
