MICS 7.1 call forward external??

Is there a way to do this?? Everything I read tells me I have to use line redirection. I do not want to forward the lines, I just want to forward an extension to a cell phone. If this can be done, can anyone tell me where I can find step-by-step instructions to give the customer? Thanks in advance.

The easiest way to forward an extension is to setup a spare phone & forward it to the cell phone number. So if your cell phone is 555-1212 & you dial 9 to access a line pool, do <Feature>4
Forward to: 95551212

The phone must have access to the line pool.

To forward a phone externaly you have to allow line redirect for each phone phone you want to FWD in capibilities.Then if your using routing your set if not program the system to use routes instead of pool codes.
