MICS 7.0 with CP-150 3.1 Enhanced Call Center problem

I have a CP-150 w/3.1 sftware and I have ECC loaded. The Call Center is functioning fine ie ACD functioning. I am using windows XP with Svc pack 2 as my interface. Problem is I am receiving no real time reports and I cannot assign my skillset to my supervisor set for monitoring purposes.Any ideas appreciated.
 
Search all of my posts on the ECC, you should get an answer. One of the biggest problems is not having the correct Java. I have 3 ECC's working fine.
 
When I updated the J2SE runtime on one of my PCs to 6.0 I found I could no longer see all the programming choices on our BCM-200. I uninstalled J2SE 6.0 and reloaded J2SE 5.0 w/update 12 and all was fine again. I'd recommend doing the same if you are currently using J2SE 6.0 as Nortel products seem to have issues with the latest version.
