MICS: 7.0: No MOH with DID card, yet Loopstart card ok

I have a norstar MICS 7.0 where the Music-On-Hold works for calls on Loopstart card, but does not work for any calls to the off-core DID card. This is very strange becasue all the setting are good. I can get all the background music and everything. But nothing on the DID. Am I missing something?

You don't have your DID's set to private do you?

Yes, we tried the public/private setting and it does the same thing. Looks like we gotta call nortel now. But thanks anyway.
