Hi all,

I have one MICS 7.0 connected to Callpilot 150 with 6 analogue trunks.
Auto attendant message is connected to all 6 trunks and when out side people press 0 it will go to 221.
My problem is when somebody is calling from out side, 221 can not see the CLI.
All trunks having CLI and before I can see the CLI.
Kindly help me.

When using POTS lines you need the lines programmed to ring at least two times before AA picks up. Also you need to program CLID settings under telco features for every extension wanting to see clid info.

No need for that Caller id will follow the call.

Allworx you indeed go under telco features to make a extension a caller id set. That is if you want to see clid info display before answering a call, not to sure how you set it up?

Only need if the set has lines assigned to it, otherwise vmail will transfer caller id regardless of that setting.
Your tip on 2 rings instead of 0 should do the trick.

Hi all,
I already changed 2 rings. But still I can not see CLI.
Kindly help me....

It was working before and caller id trunk card already installed.

What appears on the display when 221 is ringing for the transferred call?
What appears on the display after 221 answered the transferred call? Is there an INFO softkey?

Instead of out side number I can see Line 00X no.

Have you changed vendors?

You will have to verify if you are receiving the caler ID info from the CO. You can do this by connecting a caller ID analog phone to the line.

After you answered a call, if there is an INFO softkey on the second line of the display, it means that Call Information has been received by the system. In that case, your set is programmed to display the line number. You can change the programming so the name or the number is displayed instead:

Terminals & Sets > 221 > Telco Features > 1st Display: Name or Number

After you answered a call, if there is no INFO softkey on the second line of the display, it means that Call Information hasn't been received by the system. There can be many explanations:
[ul]
[li]You are not subscribed to the Call Display service from your telephone company.[/li]
[li]You answered the call before the Call Information was available.[/li]
[li]The central office didn't send the Call Information.[/li]
[li]The trunk cartridge is defective.[/li]
[/ul]

After I answered the call i can't see info soft key.
But whenever calls come, from "calls for you" message I can see the out side number as a miscall.
