Hello all I have a MICS 7.0 (30DEC04 NAT)with NAM 4.0 I have 2 issues that came up after I install the machine, all seem to work fine in the lab but once at the costumer site.
this are the issues
I programmed the Caller id as always to show number and programmed call log.
but after replacing the CI cards twice I'm still not getting caller id on the lines, when the phone ring and you do a F811 all you see is line x. the caller id cars are NT7B75AAAC.
The other issue is I have the lines APP&Ring on sets 221 FNA to NAM after 4 rings and 222 FNA after 6 rings, set up the voicemail boxes on both, AA is not up, set up lines answer to no, what we want is to have all messages go to ext 221 VM but I get the canned machine up asking to use the dial path yo enter an extension.
if anyone can shed some light on this I'll greatly appreciated.
