Client has 20 extensions and 5 lines.Only Extensions 221 (recp w/m7324 & cap) and 222 (T7316e)have the 5 lines appr/ring on them. AA is set to pickup after 4 rings at any time of the day. When 222 forwards her telephone to vm at the end of the day instead of the aa picking up after 4 rings it goes directly to 222 vm. Please help.

the system is performing normal. When you forward a phone to v-mail, any line that rings on that phone will go to the mailbox.
What you probably want to use instead of the forward is to set up a ringing service mode to send the callers directly to the AA after hours. There are some good set-up instructions in the FAQ section of this forum,

Just make the night answer station the voice mail number(f985 to find the vm #) then when you turn on night ans all calls will go directly to the AA.
