Mics 5.0 with pri and 2 port expansion card 1

Have a customer with dr5.0 and a PRI and a 2-port expansion card and has at times trouble calling out. Do they need a 6-port combo card in stead of the 2-port expansion
for the dtmf receivers?

Assuming there is already a services card in the system it would likely resolve the problems dialing out by adding a combo card in place of the 2-port card. I'd recommend getting a backup of the current configuration before proceeding.

if I remember correctly the services cartridge could only go in slot2 and my system has a 2-port expansion card in that skot

The services card goes in slot 1. The 2-port should be in slot 2.
