I have a 0x32 with R1-T1 SW am trying to get night mode to work, they have a T1. The target lines start at 121 and on this old software there are no ringing groups, ext 500 is the control set for F871 and under lines I have 121 assigned with the voice mail port, so I am not sure what I am missing to make this work? Been a while since I have dealt with this SW.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Night service does not answer when f871 is activated.

I have target line 121 assigned x500 is the control set, voice mail DN is 253.
Can you give me a step by step? I am missing a step or two.
Thanks

I think you don't have ringing sets programmed. The next heading after Control Sets is Ringing Service. Show this and program Mode 1 to manual. Press NEXT until you see a prompt to Enter Line. You then program your ringing sets in night mode for each line.

They have a T1 in place so shouldn't I just have to program the main target line number? What about the voice mail DN should that be included somewhere?
I am going to the site this AM and will try the things you mentioned so far.
Thanks

It depends on how the T1 is configured. If the T1 provides loop start or wink start lines you will program lines 001-024 in Control Sets. If it's providing DID service you will program Target Lines 121-xxx in Control Sets. The voicemail DN will be included under ringing sets. That will make it answer immediately in night mode.
