Hi we don't use exchange server but use Microsoft outlook as our email client to download emails from a POP3 account.
I would like to be able to share a sub-folder in my inbox with other colleagues at work. That subfolder is where emails from an external mailing list goes. I'd like my colleagues to have access to that folder and the messages there...and they should be able to see if the message had been replied to already or read.
Is their a way to do this? or perhaps a 3rd party software?
