We are an organization with offices distributed across a few locaitons within the neighboring cities and couple of offices overseas. We are looking at Microsoft's solution to address the following requirements. We would be connecting our offices in India through ADSL and the central office would be having a 512 kbps internet link. The overseas locations would be connecting to our site through internet VPN. Also there are couple of SOHO offices dialing to the central office through modem. Our requirements are to have a firewall, and a secured VPN over internet and secured ADSL link.

The solution we are proposing are as follows:

1. One Windows 2000 Advanced Server acting as Domain Controller maintaining Active Directory Services of our organization.
2. MS ISA server configured as Firewall
3. MS RRAS acting as VPN Manager at the HO and clients having RRAS client for VPN connectivity
4. MS IAS server serving as RADIUS server and authenticating remote WANs
5. MS Exchange 2000 server with Certificate server+KM Server
6. Windows XP in all the branch offices with personal firewall enabled.

Can someone tell if this combination would work and our objectives are met with this solution.

Wow, it almost sounds like your question was lifted out of an MCSE exam. Items five and six, while nice, are beyond what your objectives require. Also, I'm not sure why you'd need Win2k Advanced Server instead of the general version. Other than that, looks good to me.
