Everytime I open microsoft word (Run-Time Error '-2147467259 (8004005)' Method "PasteFace'of object'_Commandbuttonbar' Failed) keeps coming up. Can someone tell me what that mean and how can I fix it.

There's a way of marking threads so you get notified (by registering) of any answers to your problem...wherever they come.
There are 2 over on the MS office side waiting for you now.
Registration is ez and surely this won't be the only problem you can't solve on your own!
