Microsoft Word toolbars resetting on logoff

When I log off my customised Word toolbars are resetting themselves, which is rather annoying - does anyone know how to stop this happening?

I suspect your Normal Template is not being saved. A badly behaved AddIn (Acrobat is a strong contender for this role) is most likely the cause.

I agree with Tony, but you could also see if there are profiles for more than one user on your PC.
