I have a buddy using Microsoft Word. He has no problem using Word with a document already on his computer, or creating a new one. BUT, when he receives a Word document as an attachment, after he downloads it, when he clicks to open it, it wants him to save as. If he does do Save As, Save As, keeps popping up in a loop. I can open the same file no problem. I have even taken the contect of the email and pasted it into a new document and sent to him. Same problem. If copy the contents, and paste in to Notepad, then copy and paste THAT into a new Word document and send to him, he still gets caught in the same Save As Loop. Anyone experienced this? Can AOL be doing something to his documents? (no the doc isnt a Word 2007 file)
