Microsoft Word 2000 Mail Merge

I have a date field in a mail merge and would like to insert a date that is 60 days out from this date.

How can I do this?

Create a new column calculated data Date + 60 Skip,

Can't change the data source... that's the reason I posted this to see if there was a way in the Mail Merge document itself to do a calculated field or something based on a field in the data source.
