Has anyone who owns a Microsoft wireless optical mouse experience any crashes such as a Stack Fault in module kernel32.dll? I receive this message when trying to run a labeling and web page editor program. I have the latest Windows updates and drivers installed. A regular mouse via PS/2 works fine.

What OS is this? ~Apex1x

Running in Windows 98SE. The mouse is a Microsoft wireless optical 'blue' mouse. I also tried connectin this wireless mouse to PS\2 and USB which results with the same error.

What other programs are running in the background? If there are antivirus or firewalls, try closing them.

I believe this error has something to do with a small ammount of system memory not being big enough for what is trying to use it. ~Apex1x

Just an update to this issue...

Un-installing the IntelliPoint 4.1 software that came with the mouse, seems to work fine (no crashes). Went and downloaded the IntelliPoint 4.01 version and this seems to be working OK. Thanks for the help!
