Microsoft web complement problem 1

I created an excel chart in a webpage using Microsoft web complement within FrontPage. Everything looks good after uploading the page, but only at the local computer where I wrote the page, I cannot see the chart from my home for example. The browser shows a broken image sign where the chart should appear.
I don´t need any interactivity.

Sounds like the link is either to the file on your computer or the spreadsheet was not published to the site.
