Microsoft Transcript download

Hi,

I am unable to download my current transcript from the MCP member site. You click the link and basically nothing happens.

I have seen from others (by Googling) that this seems to be a regular occurance but there is no mention to how it gets fixed.

I have no way of opeing a case with Microsoft and wondered if I was not alone in finding this problem at the moment.

This happened to me the other day. I left it a day then went back and then I could download my transcript.

Thanks for the comments. Yep I tried again in a hour or so and it worked fine. Strangly enough after I have sent an email to mcp@microsoft.com and received their response back saying it would be dealt with in 2 days it started working!

Oh well I have it now thanks again for the advice.
